Fading collision line

Good evening. I am trying to run a score on my game. The first pass through the line it counts normally, but after that the
line disappears and no longer appears.

Note: the collision shape of the rectangle is linked to a scene of the pipe.

More explanation please, probably with code... But, do you remove the item after colliding? (before resetting user position back???)

I don't remove the item after colliding. Follow my code prints.
