What node type is the root of that scene you are scaling?

It's a Spatial Node that contains another Spatial node that contains the model essentially.

I wonder if it's up to just that, perhaps you can try cutting out the middle man, just have one spatial node that the model is directly the child of. I mean I'd expect it to work irregardless, however maybe there's something going on with that. Worth trying at least.

Did you scale the model outside your project and try to reimport? Because when you do that, the model is not refreshed in the editor, but will have the correct size when playing the project. Sometimes if you click into the model in the scene and press "open anyway" it refreshes, but not always. I think there is a bug report already for that. Not sure if that is your issue, but it confused me for a while.

Well I ended up downloading the beta version of Godot and now it seems to work just fine, so I guess it was a bug, thanx for all the help tho. :D
