I have always used .FBX files, and like them, but I was wondering, if Godot prefers another format, that is easier . . What is Godot's favorite 3D import format, and also for textures, is it jpb, or is it png . . Thx . .
glTF is a good format and is supported well in Blender. FBX is also nice, but it is proprietary to Autodesk and not compatible with Godot AFAIK. Textures get converted when you import, so PNG will probably be the best quality, but I find JPG works fine for detailed textures.
