How can I control my own gravity

Hello!

I was trying to implement my own gravity so I could manipulate jumps and movements, etc...

I was able to implement gravity, I think, the problem is at a certain point, the Player which is a KinematicBody stops moving...

I'm leaving some printscreens here so it becomes easier to understand...
I think I commented everything well enough to be understood but any doubts, ask me! ^^

    I figured it out.

    My problem was that I was using an Area node as the platform and I should be using a StaticBody. That way, I don't need to stop the gravity.
