Dialogue Designer and Dialogue System for Godot 3
It's a standalone tool, can be used with any game engines / frameworks that support JSON files.
You can use condition branches and conditionals for specific dialogue choices (you can add an infinite number of choices) and it has a simple characters and variables database.
It's lightweight and really easy to use.
